Returns & Refunds Policy

Pure Contour Australia | Effective from June 2026

Australian Consumer Law Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This guarantee is provided in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 — Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To Request a Remedy

  1. Email hq@purecontour.au with your order number and description of the fault.
  2. Include photographs of the damaged or faulty product.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution (refund, replacement, or repair).
  4. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns (Hygiene Exemption)

As our products are cosmetic skincare items applied directly to the body, the following hygiene policy applies to change-of-mind returns:

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened and in original, pristine sealed condition
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Original packaging intact and undamaged

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used cosmetic products (hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery date

This hygiene exemption does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or not-as-described goods.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. For faulty goods, all costs including return shipping will be refunded in full.
